Why hasn’t anybody sued Bill Gates yet?

Surely there are grounds for a Class Action lawsuit against him

I recently read that a majority of Americans think that Bill Gates is a licensed physician, when in actuality, he’s a college drop-out who left school in order to create Microsoft (a company whose first and foremost product was founded on pirated software). No, Gates is certainly not a licensed Medical Doctor, although both he and his ex-wife Melinda have received the title, “Honorary Doctor”, Bill has never studied medicine or received a PhD.

Gates is neither a drug manufacturer, nor a government official. Ergo, he does not enjoy the immunity that Pfizer and Fauci have. And yet, the whole world sat in rapt attention when he definitively and confidently announced in interviews with numerous media outlets back in 2020 that “the only way out of the pandemic would be a ‘vaccine’.” How could he possibly have known that, unless he was planning to push his vaccines as the ONLY cure? Both Gates and Fauci have extreme “Conflicts of Interest” in this regard. Three years later, and Gates has increased his wealth by untold BILLIONS! It didn’t hurt that his good buddy Tony made sure to squash any other treatments that WEREN’T the mRNA injection (now referred to as a “Bioweapon” by many).

And what is to be noted here, is that Gates, Fauci and others KNEW that both Hydroxychloroquine and Ivermectin worked! But there was no money to be made from those drugs, so “tests” were improperly conducted that created the outcome that was wanted, ushering in the way for Remdesevir and Paxlovid, and eventually after about 9 months of “testing” (in which animals died, and any human with an adverse reaction was ignored, or worse yet, denigrated), the lucrative mRNA shots were granted EUA status and released upon an unsuspecting public (on the false premise, promoted by Fauci and Gates that there were NO OTHER DRUGS that worked). This led to the loss of millions of lives who could have been saved with early treatment.

These days, Gates is going on TV, whining that they didn’t know the jabs were not effective, they didn’t know the jabs did not stop transmission, they didn’t know the jabs didn’t slow the spread! Gates said, “We didn’t understand that it’s a fairly low fatality rate and that it’s a disease mainly in the elderly, kind of like flu is, although a bit different than that."

If you believe that B.S., I have a bridge to sell you. He probably would also claim that they didn’t know that CHILDREN WERE NEVER IN DANGER!

I’m no billionaire, or the head of a National Health service, however, somehow, little old me managed to find out way back in 2020 that the fatality rate was less that .01%, and most fatalities were among the elderly (80+) who had COMORBIDITIES (The Life Expectancy of most Americans is younger than 80)! I also went on the Pfizer web site where I learned that the shots were ONLY EVER DEVELOPED TO LESSEN THE SYMPTOMS IN MILD CASES - so it came as no shock to me, three years later, that Janine Small, the “pinch-hitter” who Pfizer CEO, Albert Bourla sent in to testify before Congress “revealed” that of course it hadn’t been tested for efficacy or transmission because they were “working at the speed of $cience”. That poor woman, I almost feel sorry for her. But if she had told the truth, she would have said, as it was written on Pfizer’s own web site (I wonder if it’s been scrubbed by now), that they never designed their product to STOP TRANSMISSION, so why WOULD they have tested it for that?

Many people made a big deal out of this after the Congressional hearing, as if it was new news - but not to those of us who had been paying attention from the very beginning and SCREAMING FROM THE RAFTERS about its non-existent efficacy, and that Pfizer was NEVER TRYING to create a product that actually STOPPED the spread of Covid (funny how that revelation directly conflicts with Gates’ earlier statement that the jabs were the ONLY way out of this mess. If the jabs don’t stop transmission, and were NEVER DESIGNED TO DO SO, how could they possibly help to end the PLANDEMIC?). Crazy logic there.

Many people have now come to the conclusion that this was all planned, and had very little to do with stopping the spread of Covid, and everything to do with ushering in a NWO wave of totalitarian governing throughout the world! If you haven’t already checked it out, search “Event 201”,which took place in October of 2019, hosted by Bill Gates at The John Hopkins Center for Health Security and attended by all his Davos buddies, in which they played out a scenario of a corona virus pandemic hitting the world, and how they would deal with it. Amazingly, it actually came to pass IRL, just like in their simulation - we were railroaded into wearing Masks, accepting Lockdowns (during which time 5G was installed throughout the world), suffered Store Closings, Job Losses, Businesses being shut down, Beaches closings, Gyms being shut down, Churches shuttered (why didn’t more clergy refuse, I wonder?), even the resistance marches were probably played out in the Event 201 scenario.

I’m not sure that they expected the Canadian Trucker Convoy, though! That might have taken them by surprise. But not to worry, Canadian Prime Minister, and WEF “Young World Leader” alumni, Justin Trudeau was happy to break his country’s laws to abuse citizens who were merely expressing their right to Free Speech. Trudeau also orchestrated freezing the bank accounts of Canadians who donated to The Convoy, or even just bought a teeshirt, broadcasting to the world that we can expect such governmental controls if Gates and the Globalists succeed in pushing Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) through (more to come on that topic in an upcoming post(). But I digress. Let’s get back to Gates, and his culpability. He KNEW the jabs wouldn’t perform as expected, and he KNEW that the jabs were toxic, he had to have known all the deficiencies in the shots. Considering that he strongly wants to “unpopulate” the planet, it makes sense that he would do everything in his power to hide the truth about the fatal concoctions which he and his cronies foisted upon us. After all, the guy is famous for wanting to depopulate the world!

And the information about the mildness of Covid was also well known. In fact, this is the excuse that Insurance Companies are using, to get away with not paying out Life Insurance Claims - they say, “the information was out there. Your loved one took an experimental product, with known adverse effects. Your loved one should have done better research. We cannot pay for the death of someone who was participating in an EXPERIMENTAL TRIAL.” And, in a way, that’s reasonable. Everyone who let themselves be inoculated with an unproven DNA-altering drug SHOULD have done their homework. But they didn’t. And not only that, but they also did not hesitate to denigrate, alienate and deride anyone who expressed any kind of hesitation, or lack of trust in our very corrupt governments’ sudden generosity of giving out FREE vaccines! And this trend echoed everywhere! There were all kinds of enticements offered — Free donuts! Free Weed! $1M Lottery! Celebrities DANCING about it! Musicians SINGING about it! Surely you would have to be in a state of deep sleep not to have smelled a RAT!

I, for one, knew it was a hoax way back in 2020. The first sign of it I saw was when ICU Doctor, Cameron Kyle-Sidell, from NYC ICU, published a YouTube video, questioning the use of ventilators on wide awake patients who mostly all died afterwards. I remember when this video first aired. I had been having my doubts by April of 2020, but this put me over the edge. I was so relieved to hear someone questioning the official narrative. What a brave man! My awakening began with this video. And what did the good doctor get for his efforts? He was removed from the ICU, because he refused to follow the hospital’s erroneous protocols, and he was banished to the ER! He’s lucky he didn’t lose his job!

Watching his video brought up other YouTube video suggestions (Ms Dana Ashlie, Jason Bermas, High Impact Flix and many others) and since then my knowledge and understanding have grown exponentially. Over time it came out that Dr. Kyle-Sidell was indeed correct. 90% of those who were put on ventilators did, in fact, die.

As we went from 2 weeks to Flatten the Curve, to lockdowns for months on end, to wear a mask or you cannot enter, I marveled at how the governments of the world were able to force these restrictions and ultimately the experimental product on their citizens! It was beyond my grasp. Are most people so brainwashed that they never thought that their government (who NEVER does anything to help “the little people”) was actually giving this product away because they care about our health and were stalwart, community-minded, health-conscious folk? I never bought that. I saw through it all three years ago! My government (USA) couldn’t even manage to give me more than one measly $600 payment for ALL that I LOST (the maximum anyone “who qualified” received was three payments - $1,200 in April 2020. $600 in December 2020/January 2021. $1,400 in March 2021), but my government shelled out billions to try to force the citizens to participate in this bizarre experiment (sometimes I still cannot believe that our world has come to this. If this were a Sci-Fi movie, people would give it a thumbs down - after all, that is preposterous that the entire world would “mask up” like that, right?)

Yet, many, many people did mask up, obediently followed the nonsensical rules, mandates, distancing, and then the endless rounds of shots and boosters, etc., while others lost their jobs because they didn’t want to be Big Pharma’s guinea pigs! And although 30% of Americans refused the jabs, that left 70% who were willing lab animals. And all the while, Gates had his buddy Fauci, talking up the shots, as if they actually “worked”, and instructing the media to encourage the faithful to be unrelentless in demeaning and denouncing those who had done their research and were only ever trying to warn their fellow citizens and loved ones. Somehow the jabbed were virtuous, and the unjabbed were the problem.

Let’s get down to brass tacks. It’s easy to get side-tracked! Apologies…Much evidence has come to light regarding the dangers of the injections, and who knew what, when. More and more people are coming to believe that there was malicious intent on the part of our governments, Big Pharma, the MSM, doctors, nurses, Gates, Fauci and anyone else who pushed these toxic shots on us.

Let me reiterate. Gates is just a citizen. He’s not licensed nor is he an “expert”. He is also not a government employee. Gates HAS NO IMMUNITY. I’m sure there are more crimes that he’s committed, but here’s just what I’ve come up with so far:

1. Crimes Against Humanity (“A deliberate act, typically as part of a systematic campaign, that causes human suffering or death on a large scale”).

2. Practicing Medicine without a License - While Licensed Doctors who had already cured thousands of patients with HCQ & IV were deplatformed, Gates was welcomed by pundits at news outlets all over the world to “prescribe” the ONLY solution to stamp out Covid [the mRNA Vaccines].

3. Conflict of Interest (Gates is the main funder of BOTH the WHO and GAVI, as well as also being a major investor in many pharmaceutical companies who are producing the jabs. He “owns” the perpetrators as well as the regulators. Nice trick!

4. Malicious Intent (He WANTED people to DIE! ).

5. Withholding Information (He KNEW and DIDN’T TELL).

6. Complicit to Murder (DEATHS were reported in the trials, Gates remained silent).

7. Lying to the Public (“making any materially false, fictitious, or fraudulent statement or representation”).

8. Aiding and Abetting (the Pharma companies in hiding test results).

9. Providing False Information (knowingly and purposely, leading to innocent victims making choices that irrevocably altered their lives, or resulted in permanent injuries or deaths).

I ask my question again. WHY ISN’T ANYONE SUING BILL GATES YET?? It seems to me that this PLANDEMIC has injured or harmed about 90-99% of the world’s population. A few industries made out like bandits, but most of us suffered irreparable damages, and I would imagine that almost EVERY CITIZEN IN THE WORLD has “standing” to pursue this case in a Class Action Lawsuit.

The list of losses are phenomenal. Deaths, Permanent Injuries, Job or Income Loss, Mental Stress, Sterility, Spontaneous Abortions, Stillbirths, Miscarriages, Month-long periods, Diseases in Remission suddenly re-surfacing (Cancers, AIDS, and others), Denigration for one’s personal beliefs, families torn apart, children’s learning impairment, increases in childhood and teen suicides, the list is long.

Surely, those who PURPOSELY plotted to ruin our world should be brought to trial. Nuremberg 2.0. No mercy. These “people” hardly qualify as human. Some may wish the death penalty on them, but I think they deserve long and harsh life sentences. The globalists think that they are above the law, and they cannot be touched, because of their wealth and positions of power, but public opinion can turn on a dime. As the light dawns for more and more people, and it becomes increasingly more obvious that this was an intentional GENOCIDE, I think Gates, Fauci, Schwab and the others could quickly lose the public’s trust, and might very well be toppled off their high horses.

So are you with me? Are there any lawyers out there preparing cases to sue these demons for all they are worth? I certainly hope so. And we better hurry, because Gates and the WHO already have plans for how to crush us with regulations when they roll out the NEXT PLANDEMIC! Gates and his cronies should not get away with this Genocide. Am I right? Let’s get “Gates-gate” started!
